Shabackat does not publish fixed prices on this website. All pricing is provided exclusively through a formal quotation prepared for your specific requirement, following an enquiry submitted via our contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Unless otherwise stated in writing on the quotation itself, quotations remain valid for fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices, availability, and lead times are subject to reconfirmation before an order can proceed, due to fluctuations in manufacturer pricing, currency exchange, and stock availability.

5. Manufacturer Warranties

All genuine products supplied by Shabackat carry the manufacturer warranty applicable to that product, as provided directly by Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Huawei, or Avaya. Shabackat passes through these warranty terms exactly as issued by the manufacturer and will assist clients in coordinating warranty claims, replacements, and manufacturer support where required.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project or per-purchase-order basis and will be clearly set out in the relevant quotation, sales order, or contract prior to confirmation. This may include upfront deposits, milestone-based payments for project deployments, or agreed credit terms for established corporate clients.
