Description
A-FLEX-EP-CME is a per-endpoint software licence ordered under the Cisco Flex Plan, entitling one endpoint to call processing on Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express. Because it is counted per device rather than per person, it fits phones in shared positions such as reception, warehouse floors, clinic rooms and plant areas that no single employee owns. Quantities and entitlement should be confirmed against the customer's existing Flex agreement.
