Description
The Cisco CP-8861-K9 is an audio-focused 8800-series IP desk phone with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, multiple line appearances and support for a wireless headset, but no camera, unlike the camera-equipped CP-8865-K9. It suits heavy phone users such as help desks, dispatchers and office managers, and the Wi-Fi radio helps where running new cabling to a desk is impractical. Where site policy rules out radios on the desk, the separate 8851-series CP-8851NR-K9 ships with its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth disabled.
